Designing your dream home
Sage Homes is committed to bringing your dream home to life. In our Design Studio, you will work 1-on-1 with our expert designer to personalize your home.
Prior to your first design appointment you will have a design orientation with our design assistant do discuss the design process and schedule your appointments. Each of your design appointments will be dedicated to selecting design elements that fit your unique personality, style, budget, and ultimate vision for your home.
During your design appointments, you will select design elements for both the interior and exterior of your home. Some of these selections may include colors, plumbing, interior/exterior fixtures, flooring, lighting, appliances, etc.

When can I schedule design appointments for my new sage home?
You will schedule your design appointments during your design orientation meeting with a member of our design team.
How long are the design appointments?
Each buyer will have two appointments at four hours each.
Can I bring people with me to my appointments?
We ask that no more than two adults attend the design appointments.
Are children allowed at design appointments?
We prioritize the safety of all of our guests and work to provide the best design experience to each of our buyers. Our design studio houses many large, and often heavy design samples that require a great amount of care and we do not want to risk a child being hurt due to the nature of these pieces. Additionally, the design appointment often requires focus and contemplation on the part of the buyer to ensure that each buyer will love the design of their new home. We have found that often times when children attend design appointments, they distract from the focus required and can hinder the success of an appointment. For this reason, we ask that buyers do not bring children to their design appointments.
